"Its Not Easy Being Green"
By: Jim Henson
"Its not that easy bein' green
Having to spend each day the color of the leaves,
When I think it might be nicer being red, or yellow, or gold
Or something much more colorful like that
It's not easy bein' green
It seems you blend in with so many other ordinary things
And people tend to pass you over,
Cause you're not standing out like flashy sparkles on the water,
or stars in the sky
But green is the color of spring
And green can be cool and friendly like
And green can be big like an ocean
Or important like a mountain
Or tall like a tree
When green is all there is to be,
It could make you wonder why.
But why wonder, why wonder?
I am green, and it'll do fine
And I think it's what I want to be"

I bought this book"It's not easy being green" a couple of days ago and I absolutly love it. Throughout it are quotes from different muppet characters and by Jim Henson. Its uplifting, funny and cute. This book helps to take away the seriousness of life, even if it is for a few minutes. I mean wouldn't be awesome to live in Fraggle Rock? This book helps you do that everytime you pick it up.

I'm Back!!!
I got back from Nova Scotia yesterday. I had a great trip. It was fun seeing family, seeing that beautiful province and just being able to relax for a little bit. My family is great and so much fun. The change of scenery was wonderful. The only not so good part was that the wheather, it was pretty crappy, it rained a lot! But all in all is was amazing.

UPDATE FROM THE EAST COAST
Time away is exactly what I needed. And I dont think I could of picked a prettier place to spend my vacation. Right now I am in Bridgewater NS, a little town about an hour away from Halifax. The whole town is surrounded by forest and in the middle of the town there is a lake that runs through it. In another little town that we visited had the most amazing houses. They were painted all different colours bright pinks, purples, green, yellow they were beautiful. So I am having a great time and I go into Darthmouth tomorrow to hangout with more of my family, Im excited.
Hope everyone is doing well,
Love ya

ONE CRAZY WEEK AHEAD!!!
Firstly, I am finally graduating from University, Hurray!!! I am excited and nervous. Knowing that there are going to be a lot of people there, makes me feel very anxious. Actually, if it wasnt such a struggle and didnt take me 6 years to finish my degrees I probably wouldnt go. But since finshing school took pretty much every thing I had, I figure I should go to the cermony. I will just remember to take deep breaths as I walk across the stage. My greatest nightmare is falling in front of all of those people.
Secondly, the day after my graduation I am flying down east for a week vacation. Also extremely excited (I LOVE THE EAST COAST), but terrified of flying (especially alone). But facing this fear of flying will be worth it. A change of scenery I think will do me a lot of good.
